the food producer to provide premium goods for which the end-to-end supply and production
chains comply with strict quality control standards. Regulatory agencies want to audit the
production processes of food producers and to control imports and facilitate exports.
Compliance Auditors are typically the customers of Food Producers, who want to independently
assess the quality standards implemented at the Food Producer. Decapolis validates Safety and
Quality on a batch-by-batch basis by means of an unbroken chain of tamper-proof records using
